We are looking for an experienced Global Service Management partner to drive excellent services across geographies through a consistent organizational design and help us identify, prioritize and act on improvement opportunities with high impact

In this position you will have a unique opportunity to stretch your capabilities and project toolbox by learning from, sparring with and building lasting relationships with diverse and professional colleagues, based in Headquarters and globally. You will report to the Head of Process Management and Employee Experience.

This role will ideally be based in Copenhagen - or one of the three People Partnering Hubs, in Bangalore - India, Lisbon - Portugal or Costa Rica.

About the position

Working closely together with our Global Service Management colleague, you will ensure that the service delivery and organizational design principles are relevant, maintained and sustained in the People Function organization.

You are convinced that using data is at the core of making good decisions and you have seen it work in practice. One of your first objectives will be to review and understand our current organizational design and service delivery model in order to drive consistent services across geographies and help us identify, prioritize and act on improvement opportunities with high impact. In this role, you will have close collaboration with regional leadership teams in the People Partnering Organisation sharing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Review & improve our current service delivery model to drive consistent services across geographies and achieve operational excellence

  • Ensure that the service delivery and organizational design principles are relevant, maintained and sustained in the People Function organization.

  • Align on our organizational blueprint, ensuring that the design is consistent and relevant across geographies

  • Align service delivery model, organizational design, and security roles across geographies

  • Own and govern the organizational blueprint and language strategy within the People Partnering Organization


What we are looking for

You are highly independent, enjoy working at a fast pace, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty. For you the value of data is in its power to drive decision making and you skillfully use it as a tool to engage senior HR leaders in identifying and implement service quality and operational improvements.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

  • Proven track record in Service Management and Organizational Design in large multinational organization or from a consultancy

  • Background related to HR Service Delivery would be an asset

  • Experience in driving continuous improvement and optimisation

  • Fluency in English

  • Structured work approach and a focus on delivering results

  • Strong analytical mind, used to dealing with complex issues

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships with internal teams

  • Customer-centric mindset
