We are looking for an individual that understands and is passionate about digital marketing.

In a world where the pace of change is relentless, and consumers’ habits are changing rapidly, you will need to stay up to date on market trends and ensure we adapt our plans accordingly. It will be a rewarding and exciting challenge.

Transforming our approach will also require leading from the front and enabling real cultural change. Switching focus away from driving volume and into an era of value driven and customer first. This is integral so that digital customer acquisition can become a viable, profitable part of our business.

We are a close-knit team, both within the digital marketing and the overall marketing team. You will interact with multiple stakeholders within Maersk, primarily across Marketing and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the testing prog ram to improve on-site conversion

  • Work closely with the product, data and 3’d party team to set overall priorities using data and insight

  • Collaborate with other teams such as acquisition, social and brand to ensure consistency across all channels

  • Build business cases based on test results, to inform future volume and revenue growth

  • Continuously innovate, thinking of new ways to drive engagement with our prospects and customers and ultimately conversion

  • Quickly interpret results, draw unique insights and clear recommendations for future experiments

  • Clearly communicate results to the rest of the marketing team


What are we looking for:

The CRO Manager will be at the heart of our transformation.

  • Previous experience of conversion optimization and A/B testing

  • Strong analytical background

  • Strong commercial awareness and experience in a fast-paced role

  • A thought leader, provoking debate and articulating ideas as well as results to a wide range of stakeholders

  • A sense of curiosity and passion for innovation and excellence

  • This role requires excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.

  • The role requires that our CRO plans are effectively understood and then translated and communicated simply and clearly to multiple stakeholders.
