Your Key Responsibilities
As an Engineering Manager within the Warehouse and Depot Platform, you will
· Lead one or two of Agile team(s) and enable them through software development lifecycle. Full People Management responsibilities.
· Work in an agile environment with business product owners, architects, developers/engineers, and data scientists in executing on prioritized backlog.
· Maintain leadership in the development of delivery standards and architectural governance.
· Enable high quality of solution delivery ensuring design is followed during build and support.
· Ensure the solutions stays standard as much possible & promote reuse of existing functionalities.
· Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving.
We are looking for
Leads who are engineers at heart, dominant on agile processes and eager to coach engineers and drive tech projects.
As an Engineer Manager, you will demonstrate the following characteristics and skills:
· Have worked in Technology in an Engineering environment and are passionate about architecture and building solutions.
· Proven agile delivery experience in a variety of technologies/business domains.
· Proven ability to engage with business product owners to understand the business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis, and design solutions leveraging appropriate tools and platforms.
· Experience in implementing large and complex application projects, solution build, testing and delivery to meet business requirements.
· Demonstrated track record of leading and developing teams spread across multiple geographies.
· Adaptability and leadership of teams in ambiguous situations.
