In this role, you'll work with a range of cross-functional stakeholders across central functions and frontline leaders to support our top line growth ambition. The position will own (1) the management-level measurements, (2) the definition of what good pipeline management looks like against targets and finally (3) the performance management of our pipeline performance across relevant lenses of Products, Regions, Customer tiers (KC/RW, Booster etc.), and verticals.
The role will be part of a wider team (Sales Operations & Pipeline Performance Management) which is also responsible for Sales Target Setting & SIP as well as CRM integration & process governance. The Pipeline and Performance Manager will be expected to work closely with colleagues in these scopes due to the strong interdependencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify challenges in the pipeline and ensure causes and drivers are analysed effectively and communicated clearly to stakeholders
- Own the management-level measurements (leading and lagging indicators) for effective pipeline management
- Define and over time develop standards of ‘what-good-looks-like’ for pipeline performance management across the organisation (including ownership of dashboard requirements)
- Drive timely performance management of global sales performance, including identification of pipeline challenges and opportunities
- Derive and communicate insights on identified challenges, i.e., ensuring that challenges are properly analysed, understood, and communicated effectively at relevant management-level to ensure relevant decisions & actions
We're Looking for:
- Exceptional analytical skills and an ability to derive insights from commercial data
- Excellent communication skills, i.e., to synthesise complex matters and convey in a simple form
- Experience in working with performance management (e.g., commercial, operational, finance)
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders, and preferably also stakeholders at varying organisational levels while frontline experience is an additional plus
- Ability to build and work in effective partnerships with cross-functional ownership of certain outcomes and activities (e.g., Commercial, Finance, Business Intelligence)
