As our Head of Executive Rewards Solutions, you will be accountable for the end-to-end Rewards Solutions for our senior leaders (Top400) and deliver programs that are market competitive and support the Company’s strategy. You will engage comfortably with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board stakeholders and manage the Remuneration Committee work.

You will also ensure strong governance at all levels for the population in scope and act as the escalation and approval point for any remuneration matters related to the population in scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and direct (matrix) the Executive Rewards Team with engagement and professionalism

  • Design Rewards programs for the senior leaders that are a natural continuation of the design we have for our colleagues worldwide and are in support of our business strategy

  • Define and deliver the standards for how we communicate about remunerations with senior leaders

  • Run the annual Remuneration Committee cycle, ensure appropriate documentation, before and after meetings

  • Act as the Rewards Partner for the CHRO/CEO

  • Stay abreast of market developments

  • Own the annual remuneration disclosure process and deliverables

  • Accountable for the annual scorecard definition process and deliver through internal stakeholders


What we look for

  • Extensive experience in Executive Rewards

  • Experience of working at a senior HR level in a complex organisation

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Remuneration Committees in a European setting

  • Demonstrable success of building good relationships and partnerships with key influencers across the organisation

  • Strong listener and concise in articulating complex matters

  • Can think out of the box and in processes at the same time

  • Financial acumen: ability to see the financial effects and relationships of various aspects of business
