About the role
This role is focused on FP&A and operational transfer pricing-related projects across Maersk, within a Global Tax organization focusing on supporting Maersk’s journey to becoming the leading Global Ocean and Logistics integrator. The role will cater to development of skills in important transfer pricing related areas, particularly across data modelling, operational transfer pricing and process design and implementation.
The Transfer Pricing Manager works with colleagues in the Transfer Pricing Team, the Tax Team as well as a wide group of stakeholders in both Finance and Commercial roles in Maersk.

Primary job responsibilities:
- Participate as project member in transfer pricing and tax-related projects, driving fact finding, analysis and risks assessment from a transfer pricing perspective
- Deliver FP&A and operational transfer pricing solutions that support the transfer pricing team, focusing on various P&L analysis and analyses of intercompany transactions.
- Work on a variety of operational transfer pricing matters, including monitoring, controls, financial analysis, and modelling.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of transfer pricing policies and processes, including design, communication, implementation, and support.
- Take on project management roles in various projects, where relevant, working with colleagues in the Tax, Finance and Commercial Teams
- Participating in new product development and delivery models, investment processes, and a range of other commercial matters to ensure correct transfer pricing alignment.
What are we looking for
- Master’s degree and few years working experience.
- Someone with finance process and modelling experience, including knowledge of operational accounting and SAP.
- Experience with intercompany transactions, including reconciliation and documentation.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Strong skills in IT and BI analyses and tools will be an advantage.
