Join our global CXT and CCO organization and play a crucial role in driving the strategic agenda for our Sales Channels, Industry Verticals, and CX organization. As the Global Head of Customer Solutions, you will lead a team responsible for creating and embedding compelling, scalable customer solutions across various verticals, channels, and products.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with other commercial teams in HQ, and product and solutions teams. We offer
As the Global Head of Customer Solutions, you will lead and coach a team of Vertical and Non-Vertical Customer Insights Managers. They will leverage customer insights to create and embed scalable solutions, while maintaining an outside-in perspective.
- You will provide demand for solutions including market potential and validation with customers and frontline sales ensuring we design the right solutions needed by our customers, up to the high-level design concept.
- You will manage the solution launch, making sure sales and verticals have all the right materials, guidance, and enablers (solutions in SFDC etc.) to sell the solutions successfully.
- You will then ensure these solutions are ready to see with a sales activation plan, collaterals before handing over to the sales channels and verticals for commercial ownership.
- You will collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across HQ and regions to develop winning solutions that address the needs of our customers, in particular ensuring the engineering of the solutions with the relevant Products. This role requires strong leadership skills, stakeholder management abilities, and solutions expertise within the transport & logistics industry.
What are we looking for
We are seeking an experienced leader in the transport & logistics industry, who thrives in an environment of ambiguity and frequent change. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Leadership Skills: You have a proven track record of managing and developing teams with drive and energy. You can balance structure and forward-thinking while fostering a strong team spirit.
- Stakeholder Management Skills: You are a natural networker, building collaborative relationships and establishing trust through clear messaging, guidance, and purpose. You are comfortable interacting at all levels.
- Solutioning Skills: You possess a deep understanding of the challenges involved in creating solutions within Maersk's product and platform landscape. You have experience in ideation, solutioning, engineering, and selling solutions internally and externally.
- Contextualizing Skills: You can understand the bigger picture and engineer and operationalize solutions to enable standardized selling and adaptability.

- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in an environment with high uncertainty and ambiguity.
