Senior Manager/Director (Commercial & Technology Transformation)


Are you passionate about strategy and motivated by driving large complex business transformation programmes? In North, we are currently looking for a Senior Manager or Director who can take a lead role in our Commercial Excellence practice.

We partner with C25 companies, as well as medium-sized companies across industries to identify and execute their highest-value opportunities. We are a team of management consultants, who combine strategy, technology, and program execution skills and bring substantial experience from top-tier strategy consulting or global tech companies. Your tasks and responsibilities


In the role as transformation leader your responsibilities will include managing teams in delivering cutting-edge technology and strategy projects, driving sales activities and providing strategic guidance. We expect you to have a strong background in delivering global transformation projects, and have a passion for new technologies, and their role in shaping a prosperous future for business. Your responsibilities will be:

  1. Commercial programme design, management and delivery

  2. Drive pipeline of projects and pipeline of own staffing

  3. Lead and coach project leaders (strategy & technology specialist)

  4. Manage stakeholders and use of resources across the various projects

  5. Own sales targets and participation in sales meetings and proposal work

The successful candidate will bring a mix of business and technical depth, have a strong commercial mindset, and experience in leading large transformation programmes.You have the following skills and experience:

Your skills, background, and experience


  1. Documented results of completing large transformation programmes (preferably in global organizations)

  2. 7-10 years of experience from a top tier strategy or technology consulting firm

  3. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally, in writing and visually

  4. Strong technical background, with great analytical and problem-solving skills

  5. Characterized by a high level of drive and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

  6. A strong commercial mindset, seeking to improve sales and profitability of our customers

  7. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

  8. Excellent communication skills in English

  9. Graduate degree and a solid academic record (preferably Master, or Ph.d.)
