Manager (Commercial & Technology Transformation)

Your tasks and responsibilities


As a Manager, you will participate in project design as well as proposal work. You will play a crucial role in running and executing commercial projects, as either track or project lead. In the role, you are responsible for team deliverables, and you may have more than one project to manage at a time, depending upon the project size and complexity.Your responsibilitites will be:

  1. Team and project deliverables

  2. Lead and coach team members

  3. A leading role in project sales and design delivery

  4. Participation in sales meetings and proposal work


Your skills, background, and experience


We believe that your background and professional acumen forms most of your qualifications to succeed in this role. It is also important to us that you are passionate about what you are doing in your daily work, and that you take the responsibility of driving things forward to develop business and your-self. We are looking for an individual, with a strong drive and great desire to go the extra mile both to win the engagements and to create the best solutions for our clients. Thus, we prefer you to have the following qualifications.

  1. 3-6 years of experience from a top tier strategy or technology consulting firm

  2. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally, in writing and visually

  3. A strong commercial mindset, seeking to improve sales and profitability of our customers

  4. Characterized by a high level of drive and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment

  5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

  6. Candour and courage to speak up and challenge unproductive orthodoxies

  7. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

  8. Excellent communication skills in English

  9. Graduate degree and a solid academic record (preferably Master, or Ph.d.)
