As we’re embarking on new market adventures in Client Engagement, we’re looking for a commercially oriented CRM expert to lead us towards targeted and structured sales execution to ensure the highest possible yield of our sales efforts.
This is your chance to join a young, dynamic sales organization in a large, stable but equally dynamic company with great client offerings and a good market position. We still have room for improvement and a great growth potential which we intend to realize now. You’ll get a key role in this and given the exposure to both VP level and sales management we also expect you to develop yourself both personally and professionally along the way.
Main responsibilities
This is a process management role, where you as the leader of a team of 3 will be expected to facilitate our sales process through proper CRM adaption by driving sales excellence through data-driven CRM. In this lies the task of ensuring that our CRM is set up to support the DFDS Way Of Selling – our common sales approach.
More specifically, this means:

- Develop, plan and deliver the CRM strategy across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
- Identify the business requirements to the desired CRM platform structure ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
- Be the CRM Business driver, meaning working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
- Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
Preferred professional profile

- Several successful years of sales management experience
- Experience from structuring CRM
- Experience with increasing CRM adoption
- Experience from managing commercial and senior management stakeholders
