Would you like to lead a small team in an international environment to support and further develop the Group financial reporting in a global organization that spans more than 25 countries in a listed company? Our outlook and roadmap for the coming year contains interesting projects, and you will have the opportunity to make your mark on the execution of these.
We are looking for a talented Head of Group Financial Controlling & Compliance to our headquarter in Nordhavn, Copenhagen.

The team is responsible for the Groups external financial reporting and has a central role as sparring partner for the group’s CFO, Divisions, investor relations and local management responsible for the subsidiaries’ financial reporting.

Main responsibilities
You'll be responsible for a small team, upholding Group Accounting Polices, including new accounting standards and monthly and quarterly controlling, consolidation and reporting under IFRS. You will prepare consolidated IFRS reporting to the Stock Exchange, including the full annual report and create board reports.
The team takes part in developing and improving our global financial reporting system, SAP BPC, and optimizing our reporting processes. You will be ensuring the success of this team while also diving into the tasks yourself.
On-site financial controlling visits and reporting of findings to the audit committee is also part of the job.
Your profile
We imagine that your experienced in the field, you’re able to see the big picture but still have the ability and interest to zoom in on details when required. You must expect some business travel – estimated 20 days per year. More specifically:

Your profile

- You have around 5-10 years of experience in a controlling position from a big 4 audit firm
- You speak and write English fluently
- You have experience with SAP BPC or other consolidation systems
- You probably have team lead experience or at least strong ambitions and opinions on the subject.
