– We are looking for an experienced internal communications professional to drive our employee and leadership communication in Denmark.
As Head of Internal Communications you will be part of an exciting journey as Total is becoming a broad-based energy company. As our Head of Internal Communications, it is your responsibility to manage and deliver effective internal communication to support our Copenhagen-based teams with organizational and leadership communication. In this role, you will be advising and working closely with a diverse set of stakeholders on developing internal communication and engagement strategies and activating these across our communication channels. You will also lead our visual branding and sponsorship activities, the constant flow of change programs and facilitate a high volume of events that support of our strategic direction and key business objectives. You are a strong relationship builder and equally comfortable advising leaders strategically and rolling up your sleeves to create great communication plans, solutions and creative content.
Collaborating with a team of communications professionals across our Copenhagen and Esbjerg sites, you will be a member of our Danish Communications & CSR leadership team and Total’s regional and global communications network. You will report to the Head of Communications & CSR for Denmark and have direct line responsibility for a smaller advisor team.

- Develop and implement the internal communication and leadership communication strategy
- Partner with senior leaders and teams to deliver internal stakeholder and change communication
- Plan and facilitate internal events, townhalls and workshops
- Advice and coach our leaders on their line communication
- Anchor Total’s new corporate brand and visual identity locally
- Develop impactful messaging and content for our internal communication channels
- Identify local sponsorship opportunities and own sponsorship strategy/guidelines
- Promote and communicate strategic themes, such as Carbon Reduction Culture and Innovation
- Optimize internal communications channel landscape and monitor its success
