The Commercial Performance Manager will be orchestrating our commercial performance framework as well as our capabilities framework, to ensure that we identify where we need to strengthen our performance and skills and drive our plans for improving and upskilling.

The Commercial Performance Manager will be joining our commercial enablement team, which has as primary mission to enable and lead our commercial organisation of 550+ employees to achieve our strategic goals across Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience.

Key responsibilities


In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating our performance and capabilities framework.

This consists of the following elements:

1. Ownership of our Performance Framework
• Take leadership in establishing and maintaining our performance framework
• Ensuring that we have the right performance measures across our commercial scope
• Establish definitions and processes to consistently deliver visibility on our key performance measures
• Establish global targets for our performance measures
• Review performance and drive the discussions on how we improve in key areas by identifying best practices and areas where we need to improve
• Drive our global commercial recognition schemes to create awareness and motivation around success stories and individuals

2. Capabilities and upskilling
• Own our capabilities framework and drive global mapping of our commercial capabilities
• Identify capability gaps when comparing needs versus actuals capabilities
• Establish global capability upskilling programs and give guidance on local upskilling

3. Engagement with local leaders and key stakeholders
• Own our periodic engagement with local commercial leaders. This includes both global engagement as well as individual country/cluster engagement.
• Drive communication around the key topics to be aware of in the commercial scope
• Establish and maintain a commercial stakeholder mapping
• Establish and maintain overviews of key commercial initiatives in Sealand and Sister brands.
