In this role you will be part of Supply chain management platform managing number of complex and high impact projects across varies product teams delivering results and outcome towards our customers. The role requires excellent leadership and delivery skills, strategic thinking, strong technical expertise, with great stakeholder management skills to partner effectively across teams. You would drive multiple projects based on set priorities of the platform, establish project timelines, and manage accountability of delivery.
In addition to this, you’ll help to establish metrics across the platform measuring progress as well as outcome delivered to our customers creating cadence across the platform for review and improvement actions. You will frequently engage business, product and technology leaders and be a strong advocate for data driven culture.

•Manage complex projects across Supply chain management platform establishing projects timelines and managing delivery working closely with product owners and software engineering teams. This includes number of complex customer implementation projects requiring cross product delivery and collaboration
•Drive assessment of the current process of Maersk customer onboarding and Implementations and the role which Supply chain platform plays in the end-to-end process and landscape
•Facilitate design and implementation of product catalogue initiative in the Supply Chain platform
•Establish best practices for managing product roadmaps, OKR (objectives and key results) and track progress and improvements. Coach product teams and stakeholder to establish objectives allowing to measure outcome for our customers
•
•Establish metrics across the platform measuring progress as well as outcome delivered to our customers and promote overall data driven decision making process
•Establish operating model of the platform, meeting cadence, artifacts, tools
•Provide regular reporting on behalf of the platform on delivery status, metrics and progress

• Technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams managing programs and release schedules
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product roadmaps establishing program priorities cascad-ing to individual teams
• Technical and agile delivery skills with the ability to use data and metrics to measure progress, back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions.
• Experience influencing and communicating across organizations, teams, and at all levels
• Working Knowledge on Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Dev Ops, Aha.
• A sound understanding of Supply Chain Management and/or working experience in the transport manage-ment and logistics industry
• Experience in working in an international and dynamic technology environment.
