Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- As a leader of leaders, you will manage a European team of Country HR Operations Managers, located in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. these managers are responsible to the day to day HR operations in each country.
- Responsible for building a strong cohesive regional team, willing to share ideas and best practice.
- Act as the expert in regional Employment Law, contracts, benefits and HR Operations.
- Leading the Transformation of HR Operations in the region, this will include developing capabilities in region, process improvement, building and fostering strong links with the Shared Service Teams in India to ensure a high level of service delivery in region.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, process excellence and lean methodologies and solutions including automation and process excellence
- Working closely with Group COEs to implement annual processes locally.
- Responsible for regular reporting in a matrixed environment
- Responsible for leading data privacy and compliance issues regionally
- Senior stakeholder management in region – review of service delivery against KPIs and escalation point.

- Experience of working in a global matrixed organisation
- Experience working in a fast-changing environment
- Experience of HR transformation, including off-shoring, process redesign, and end to end delivery, automation
- Process Improvement/Business process optimisation experience
- Knowledge and experience of working in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, Ideally Workday
- Strong experience of working with HR Shared Service centre environments
- Able to take initiative, and act with confidence
- Ability to manage a virtual team
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies
