You will join our IT Strategy Team
As our new Head of Enterprise Architecture you will be part of a small but growing team driving the definition and execution of IT Strategy across the Ramboll Group. We are quickly turning IT Strategy from power point into action, and from a project into an ongoing capability. You will help form a community of architects across the global Ramboll IT organisation, to drive the ambitious application of technology to solve business problems and seize business opportunities.

You will join our IT Strategy Team
As our new Head of Enterprise Architecture you will be part of a small but growing team driving the definition and execution of IT Strategy across the Ramboll Group. We are quickly turning IT Strategy from power point into action, and from a project into an ongoing capability. You will help form a community of architects across the global Ramboll IT organisation, to drive the ambitious application of technology to solve business problems and seize business opportunities.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Engage with senior stakeholders to establish how Rambolls business models translate into capabilities, technology and data.
- Secure the execution of Rambolls IT Strategy through a clear architecture direction and governance.
- Explore opportunities for further digitalisation in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Build a community of IT architects across the Ramboll IT organisation.
- Lead the creation and evolution of the enterprise architecture program including framework, tools, organisation and governance.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and consider their potential application at Ramboll.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the IT operating model, organisation, governance and capabilities, to ensure they support future needs.
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Master's degree in business, IT, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of experience in an Enterprise Architecture function. Ideally, including experience leading the function.
- Knowledge of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and risk management.
- Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks
- Capabilities needed to work in an international environment. Including; proficiency in the English language, cultural understanding and willingness to travel.
