You will join our team for Global HR Transformation

As our new Strategic HR Analyst (SME) you will be part of a team that drive transformation projects such as offshoring, digitalisation, new service structures, implementations supporting technology, service now etc. You will report directly to the Global HR Transformation Lead.

You will support the transformation agenda across Ramboll’s HR organisation. As a part of the HR Transformation team you will identify, mature, define and propose change initiatives, transformation opportunities both ad hoc based on client feedback or other information and project-based as part of the budget or business case.

You will be overall responsible for supporting the transformation of HR services from as-is to technologically optimized employee services. You will operate with a cross-functional mandate, with responsibility for ensuring ongoing development and use of HR analytics, HR KPI´s, HR Transformation business cases and budget process support across all of HR.

You will support the yearly budget process for HR. The role will include the facilitation of timely discussions on business planning and budget across HR and the cost of service.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure that Ramboll leverages new thinking, technology and opportunities in the market for service delivery structures
  • Responsible for monitoring the HR budget together with all key stakeholders across the HR organisation
  • Responsible for supporting the yearly budget process
  • Own the global HR Service catalogue, incl. identified local differences to the global scope of services
  • Conduct client satisfaction survey and become anchorperson on developing the ISS to suit the HR Delivery model.
  • Ensure that stakeholder feedback is addressed and embedded in the delivery of service, where relevant
  • Ensure dialogue about the customer survey results with the business, gathering feedback and initiating planning of actions to improve services accordingly
  • Build and maintain a strong global mindset and service culture
  • Maximise HR operating efficiencies from a cross-functional perspective, ensuring leverage of synergies, cost efficiency and scalability to drive benefits for the business.
  • Build agile response platforms within the delivery structure allowing for fast response to significant business challenges – e.g. M and A activities ensuring a swift and effective onboarding of newly acquired companies
  • Support business review and ongoing monitoring of cost according to the HR budget
  • Develop business cases to implement transformation activities according to, adding value to the business

  • A relevant Master’s degree, or relevant qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working at the level of HR SME of global service delivery organisation in international companies.
  • Experience in setting up and operating shared service structures in a global context
  • Strong understanding and ability to provide digital leadership for HR services
  • Strong business acumen
  • Profound knowledge of value-adding and impact-based HR offerings
  • Professionally in the top of your peer group, with strong communication skills, fluent in English, written and spoken
