In this role, you will interact closely with stakeholders from various functions, including regional talent partners, HR business partners, line managers, and the Vestas talents.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be driving and developing the regional Talent program, including selecting participants, and on-going learning & development activities and assessments. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover:

  • Drive and promote organisational cultural transformation through value activation, feedback and diversity & inclusion initiatives
  • Identify and drive learning initiatives based on future and current business needs
  • Talent action planning such as identifying development activities, mentor matching, assessment feedback, action review and KPI follow-up
  • Develop and continuously improve the talent management framework together with stakeholders
  • Promote and implement new learning offers and ensuring buy in from stakeholders
  • Drive development Initiatives by supporting the HR Annual Cycle roll-out
  • Facilitate reviews, workshops and webinars upon request
  • Collect and consolidate input together with HR Business Partners to drive Succession Planning

Qualifications
Your academic background is at Masters’ level or similar – the field of your studies could be within social science, psychology, engineering, business administration or another relevant field. You have experience from working in and with different cultures in global B2B companies, preferably in matrix organisations. In addition:

  • Experience with managing a broad variety of stakeholders across organisational levels
  • 4+ years’ relevant work experience and solid business acumen
  • Good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Strong cultural awareness & openness
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Experience from living abroad (studying/working)
  • Preferably experience with talent management programmes, and certified in one or more people assessment tools

Additional information

Your primary work location will be Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark. Travel activities: 40-60 days per year, primarily domestically in Denmark.
