You will join our newly formed Service Management department, a part of Global Business Services.
As our new Service Management Consultant, you will be part of a service-minded, value-focused team that is working to professionalise Service Management across the global support functions. You will be working primarily with business support functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, FM, Procurement and Communications, and helping to shape their needs concerning Service Catalogues, and design and implementation of their Service Management tool requirements such as Service Requests, Case Management and Self-Service Portal. You will also work closely with the IT Department, prioritising stories for the Sprint process and ensuring testing and release of end-user functionality. This is an opportunity to join the team at a crucial stage in the development of Service Management at Ramboll, and help to shape the future of the discipline.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Shape incoming demand from stakeholders
- Design and implement request fulfilment items in ServiceNow by developing stories to be included in ServiceNow development sprints
- Work with service owners to refine and add/retire Services in the Service Catalogue
- Keep the catalogue up to date and accurate
- Work with IT development team to prioritise sprints
- Project manage improvement initiatives
- Identify and develop continuous service improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Facilitate process workshops for managers and employees
- Support and contribute to ongoing transitions and transformations
- Participate in the development of SLAs and KPIs that drive performance
- Produce, maintain and monitor performance reporting
- Stay up to date with new developments in user-facing ServiceNow capabilities

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a business, finance or IT discipline
- Experience of (IT or E) Service Management in a large, complex organisation
- Experience with live catalogue implementation in an ITSM tool, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience working with common Service Management frameworks and best practice, such as ITIL, VeriSM, ISO/IEC 20000
- Understanding and experience of how to use and interpret data and in creating service dashboards
- Permission to work in Denmark

- Highly skilled at building relationships to partner with stakeholders to drive organizational priorities and programs
- A self-fuelled drive to simplify and improve processes, with a focus on improving productivity for the end-user.
- The ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- The ability to manage in an ever-changing landscape with shifting priorities
- Fluent in verbal and written English
