We are looking for our new Head of Facility Services. An important role in our strategy of providing modern and quality services to our guests and a vital part of our Operations Management Team.

You will be responsibility for organizing and managing cleaning and facility services. The facility service department, provides cleaning and facility services throughout Bella Center, both internally and for our many events and customers. You will be the lead advisor regarding facility services and cleaning both internally and externally, before, during and after events. Having regular guest/organizer contact and communication regarding facility solutions during events.

You will be part of growing the department, it’s development as well as the modernization of the facility service product and solutions. Being innovative, forward thinking, and creative is part of the job.

Opgaver

You will be the Facility business Controller and administrator (KPI), ensuring that we at all times maintain a high level of quality, and that our offices, facilities and event areas appear neat and tidy, in line with Bella Center profile and business goals.

You will be part of a Green Profiling and Bella Center and be instrumental in fulfilling our Corporate Social Responsibilities policies and goals.

Finally you will be a central part of our health and safety measures, ensuring we can provide a clean environment at all times, as part of our “Safe Venue” program, in line with Horesta’s “Safe to Visit”.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Head of department, Organizational, administrative and operational management
  • Business Development, modernization and innovation.
  • Cleaning Administrator
  • Facility Controller, work-process and structure development (Working smarter)
  • Part of our Green Profile and Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Safe Venue Operator
  • Customer service, guest and client advisory tasks

Om dig

You are an experienced manager and administrator with flair and motivation for leadership. You have experience from similar roles and in-depth knowledge from a similar position and has experience as a manager and administrator at a large-scale level.

You are able, and willing to work on both an administrative as well as on a practical level.

You are forward thinking and practical.

You are able to work in changeable environments and find solutions for sudden challenges, obstacles and changes.
