Are you crazy about congresses? We need a Housing Expert for our Team in Bellacenter, for our Housing team who is a part of the reservations department. The housing team is currently 3 staff, and deal with all congress events in Bella center and staying in our 3 properties.

Opgaver
- Entering events and congresses into hotel PMS and MARSHA/Concerto
- Updating and chasing options
- Negotiations on congress contracts and creating these
- Data control
- Taking part in site visits and planning meetings with clients
- Business evaluation and upselling / cross selling
- Coordination of events and bookings across our hotels and brands
- Overview of commissions and billing
- Aftersales tasks of evaluation and finalizing invoices
- Communication with all properties as well as a multitude of departments in Bellagroup
- Training of housing team members (currently 3 staff)
- Consistently improving and encouraging a work smarter attitude

Personal qualifications:
- Being proactive and a go-getter
- Systematic and Experienced booker (a must)
- Being able to inspire and train staff and coworkers
- You enjoy working in a high-speed environment
- You are serviceminded
- You are committed and quality-conscious
- You speak and understand English and Danish as a minimum
Professional skills:
- Experienced booker (a must)
- Strong negotiator
- People person with a good sense of humour
- Strong communication skills
- Engaging and personable
- Business acumen
- Good with numbers
- Nerdy with strong computer skills (microsoft package)
- Strong expert skills and experience with events and handling of these
