You will join our Group PMI function as sub-function to theGroup Strategy & Corporate Development function, reporting to the Group M&A Director. As our new Head of PMI you will be part of an international department with diversity in age, gender, educational and professional backgrounds. We pride ourselves in our resourcefulness and quality of our delivery from the start of an acquisition to the end of the integration. The whole department team forms the basis of the Executive Office and is in addition to acquisitions and integrations also responsible for key strategic priorities such as Group and Business Unit strategy, Annual Business Planning, and priority ad-hoc tasks that are top of mind of the Executive Management of Ramboll Group. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Developing integration strategy and methods for Ramboll on all required integration levels (strategy, working culture, operation, and support/technical side) Developing and improving the integration governance and processes in Ramboll In collaboration with the responsible functions, developing and updating complete set of playbooks for integrations in Ramboll Execution of the PMI strategy in individual projects starting from the acquisition phase until the end of an integration, acting as head of Integration Management Office or advisor depending on the case in question. Delivering the integration project on time, quality and budget. Assessing and managing risks in the integrations with other stakeholders Leading the global internal integration team members community Your starting point for constant growth From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is: Proven experience with integrations and good understanding of the PMI/integration methodology and process in business and support A solid understanding of and experience with the cross-functional interfaces in an operating platform (systems, policies, processes, governance, etc.) Strong leadership skills to lead multi-national and multi-disciplinary teams to drive integrations globally with complex stakeholder groups in business and support organisation Strong project management skills to drive structured, high-speed change programs Excellent communication skills in English Strong business acumen Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: Ability to lead and motivate different integration teams globally, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
