<p>Do you want to bring strategy to life and drive internal and external communication activities for the Ramboll Transport division? We invite you to bring your experience and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders into play and set the direction to make our strategy become a reality. You will be part of the Ramboll Transport leadership and join a global community of communications professionals that you will work closely with to deliver on the strategic ambitions of Ramboll Transport.</p><p><strong>You will join Ramboll Transport’s Leadership team </strong></p><p>As our new Head of Communication, you will be responsible for Ramboll Transports’ internal and external communication activities. You will report to the MD Transport and work closely with senior management and colleagues from communications to further develop our communication and offers. You will be part of our global community of communication professionals and have access to available resources within our wider communications team. Your focus will be on galvanising and developing the Ramboll Transport organisation by facilitating internal communication around the topics of sustainability and innovation, supporting the business units in developing communication material and activities for market communication and working with Ramboll’s global Thought Leadership programme. It is key that you can maintain a strategic overview while enjoying working hands-on with the development of communications assets and activities such as webinars, video production and writing of articles etc.  </p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Deliver communication advice and sparring to the leadership team</li><li>Work closely together with the Sustainability Director to deliver effective internal and external communication that supports us in being a leading provider of sustainability services</li><li>Work alongside the senior leadership and experts to develop, plan, and execute global thought leadership agendas and initiatives</li><li>Develop and execute the Transport market communication strategy</li><li>Deliver communication support to Ramboll Transport different business units</li><li>Coordinate a global Transport communication business partner network</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>For this role, we believe a good starting point is:</p><ul><li>Experience in an international organisation or agency</li><li>Ability to lead and deliver communication results in collaboration with senior management and business representatives</li><li>Experience working successfully within a complex matrix-structured organisation and in global teams</li><li>Proven track record in driving global marketing and positioning initiatives</li><li>Solid personal drive with a strategic and collaborative mindset</li><li>Relevant educational background in communication, marketing or the like</li><li>High English speaking and writing proficiency</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: You are a role model for our culture and values, and you gain trust from stakeholders easily.</p><p><strong>Welcome to our Transport division</strong></p><p>Ramboll is a global transportation consultancy and we work on some of the biggest and most innovative infrastructure projects in the world.
