Join Business Transformation as our new Head of Change & Portfolio Management and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. </p><p><strong>Your new role </strong></p><p>Ramboll is a global organisation in constant evolution as we implement our company strategy ‘Partner for Sustainable Change’. As our new Head of Change & Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for establishing our Change Management governance, processes, tools, capability building and help our executive leaders in prioritising the portfolio of change initiatives, with the purpose of fostering a culture of sustainable change within Ramboll. </p><p>Your key responsibilities will be: </p><ul><li><p>Establish a common Change Management approach, processes, and tools to be consistently employed company-wide when managing change</p></li><li><p>Contribute to enhance our leadership competency at all levels, to own and lead organizational change – to ultimately build change capability and culture in Ramboll</p></li><li><p>Build strategic capability and organizational resiliency to be change-able and nimble to respond efficiently and effectively to emerging needs by:  </p><ul><li><p>Ensuring Ramboll change initiatives are effectively assessed, prioritised, planned and implemented in order to facilitate strong user adoption and minimize negative impact to the organization</p></li><li><p>Establishing Change Management as a recognized discipline in Ramboll to be cultivated and nurtured throughout the company</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Develop and manage a team dedicated to portfolio and change management and lead the team in accordance with our Leadership Principles</p></li><li><p>Establish and engage a global community of Change Management practitioners across Group/markets/geographies to share successes, drive best practices and provide ongoing support</p></li><li><p>Lead the management of a global portfolio of initiatives and annual wheel priorities across all market/geography PBUs, for assessment and prioritization of commitments</p></li><li><p>Monitor and evaluate progress and success of change management initiatives and communicate change management activities and results to the Group Leadership Team </p></li><li><p>Have a direct advisor role in selected, prioritised projects as required – providing expertise and dedicated support for high priority/high complexity projects</p></li><li><p>Drive stakeholder management, engagement, and close collaboration with the Group Leadership Team and local PBU leadership teams across Ramboll  </p></li></ul><p><strong>Your new team </strong></p><p>You will report to the Group Director, Business Transformation, and you will become part of a global function whose ambition is to is to implement holistic operational processes, tools, and governance in Ramboll that enable efficient global collaboration toward client goals.
