About this opportunity
As Head of Management Oversight in Finance, you will be responsible for providing the expertise necessary for Finance to manage its risks, and associated risk and compliance processes. You will also play an important role in being the leader for three global teams with highly skilled risk managers that support a broad range of business operations. Furthermore, you will provide the necessary risk oversight for the Norde Finance Leadership Team and the expertise to support the units in Finance with their non-financial risk management needs, as well as facilitate and drive an efficient product approval process for the finance companies.
In practise, this means that you need to:
You will report directly to the COO of Finance (with a dotted reporting line into the head of Management Oversight in Business Banking) and will be part of NF COO Leadership team.
