At Comfort Hotel we offer a breakfast buffet, a restaurant with a handpicked selection of dishes and a deli that is open 24/7. All as organic and local as possible, because we want to be easy on the planet. In all aspects, we will make the guests stay easy to enjoy, especially in terms of food & nutrition.
YOU
Looking for high energy and it is easy for you to give our guests personal and outstanding service in a high paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the day to day operation of the hotel breakfast and the best task of them all: to make sure our guests start the day in a great way!
You will handle inventory, status, schedule shifts and train your amazing breakfast crew. It is important that you inspire your team to succeed in the EASY Comfort way, and assure that both crew and guests are happy. Is this still you?
Energetic & professional Are a joy scatter and have a talent for socializing Take full responsibility for goal achievement Team manager from a variety of kitchens, min. 2 years Know your shit: P-costs ,COGS, hygiene, audits Fluent in English & Danish, oral and written Love a challenge Responsible, curious and a team player Love to motivate and develop you team
As a part of the hotels management group you will report directly to the General Manager and you will work closely with the management team.
