Figaro is a seafood bistro in Tivoli and we serve freshly caught seafood from Danish waters. Our raw materials vary according to season and are of course of the highest quality.
Our overall focus is to create unique and positive experiences for our guests.
We are looking for a skilled chef for a full-time position as Souschef with full monthly salary and holidays in between Tivoli's seasons.
As a Souschef you work under the Head Chef with whom you lead, operate and develop the restaurant in the right direction towards the goal; to become one of Copenhagen's best seafood restaurants.
You will have the responsibility in the kitchen on days when the Head Chef is not present. You will of course also be included in the schedule and thus be part of our competent kitchen team in a restaurant with an already established food concept.
Our restaurant has 200 seats. It goes strong on the busy days in high season, where we serve 300-400 guests. Well-structured workflows are therefore crucial.

- You have a sense of order and knowledge of kitchen administration and finances.
