We are currently seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Assistant Foodprep Manager to help take charge of our new central kitchen! Is that you? Then keep on reading:
As an Assistant Foodprep Manager at Espresso House, you will be responsible for ensuring that our lovely guests have the opportunity to enjoy our delicious sandwiches and salads every day.
We are looking for someone known for leading a highly motivated team and running the kitchen with a strong overview. You value commitment and understand that goals are achieved together. You are proactive by nature and fully ready for a productive worklife in a growing company where all doors are open. You know yourself well, and you prioritize building relationships with your staff and partners. Employee satisfaction is a high priority at Espresso House, and we believe that happy employees deliver great results, and this is where you play a special role. You will be part of a team where smiles and good spirits are essential ingredients in a busy day, and you should have the desire to lead by example.
Expect varying working hours on weekdays and weekends, and night work will occur.

- Scheduling shifts
- Ordering supplies
- Production of breakfast items, sandwiches, and salads
- Cleaning
- Minimizing waste and food loss
- Maintaining close communication with our Coffee Shop Managers
