Lead the development of both processes and tools
As Demand Planning Manager you will be responsible for the continuous development of our global demand planning process and for the KPI framework we use to track our forecasting performance.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for our demand planning architecture, how we use our planning system Logility and for any required supporting tools and processes for our clusters and group demand planners to execute and conduct the best possible demand plans. The development of these processes and tools are led by you and done in close collaboration with Demand Planners in group and clusters as well as with merchandise planning.

This includes:

  • Accountability for the KPI framework for demand planning incl. the definitions of our KPIs (covering both Mix Accuracy and BIAS measure on short, mid and longer term)
  • Accountability for supporting our group demand planners in executing governance towards our 10 clusters by supporting with relevant KPI reporting and automation of this to ensure efficient and professional reporting for performance reviews
  • Shared accountability for our global forecast accuracy targets (clusters have main accountability)

As Demand Planning Manager, you should be willing and able to travel maximum 15 days a year.

To succeed as Demand Planning Manager, we imagine that you have strong value chain capabilities and mindset. With your advanced analytical skills and your attention to details, you are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You have a strong sense of urgency and responsibility and both your communication and networking skills are great.

Professionally, you have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience working with Demand Planning.
  • Experience from the retail, fashion or FMCG industry is considered a plus
  • Experience from working in a global organisation
  • Solid experience with Logility or similar planning system
