As Director of Performance & Compensation, you will work with both policy and partnering:
Policy:
- Develop and deploy Salary benchmarking Policy (including job matching and job evaluation where relevant)
- Own the relationship with the main survey providers
- Develop and deploy Performance related policies and Incentives Policy (including STIP, Sales Incentives, Factory Bonus and Recognition) and provide guidance to People Technology on the maintaining an inventory of global compensation practices
- Support Local HR (ultimately SSC with global policy delivery via HRIT) in delivering key compensation policies including Annual Salary Review and STIP
Partnering:
- Designated total reward partner for the HR teams in your geographies supported (c. 33-50% global non production) population, including providing training and case management support as required
- Annual C&B review for geographies supported – including salary budgeting recommendations
- Represent needs of geographies supported to the other team members responsible for other global performance and reward policies (e.g. benefits)
- Provide indirect leadership from a Performance & Reward expertise standpoint to the P&R team members in the supported geographies
Team player with the ability to define, drive and deliver projects
To succeed as Director of Performance & Compensation, we imagine that you have strong financial acumen and analytical skills. You are a team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and -culturally. Your drive to create personal success in a global, corporate environment is high and you have the ability to define, drive and deliver projects, as both project manager or contributor.
Furthermore, we hope to see that you have:
- A degree within Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, Psychology or similar
- Minimum 5 years within the field of performance management, compensation and benefits, including some exposure to people policy setting in a global context
- Experience with performance management in global projects
- Experience from global retail, design fashion or FMCG industry
- Experience with stakeholder management to provide expertise leadership to a globally networked team
