Ensure we have a strong talent pipeline for the future
As Manager of Inclusion, Diversity & Capability, you will co-define, co-build and co-deliver the global architecture for the I&D agenda, as well for Capability building across all functions and markets of the business to ensure we have a strong diverse and capable talent pipeline for the future. You will define, build and deliver key initiatives across the organisation which evolve our Inclusion, Diversity and Capability agenda and you will define Global Standards across the areas of Inclusion, Diversity and Capability Building for our global employee populations.

As part of this, some of your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Take responsibility for shaping the ‘The Global Inclusion & Diversity’ strategy and standard which is applicable for our three populations across head office, retail and production
  • Take responsibility for co-delivering our global standards and I&D strategic initiatives globally, i.e. ERG group set up, I&D people pulses, management capability, embedding I&D across all areas of our employee experience journey
  • Drive the global implementation and coordination of all I&D initiatives in partnership with the wider HR and talent community
  • Drive all capability activations globally across our multiple populations in partnership with our talent managers in the mkts/ clusters/ functions
  • Provide consultancy expertise and guidance to our people in partnership with our talent managers and HRD’s through coaching and education on Inclusion, Diversity and Capability
  • Create and harmonise the current capability offerings globally that are on offer to ensure they provide a core set of learning offerings and deep dive to build our organizational critical capabilities
  • Support and establish a ‘one stop shop’ for all capability offerings globally at the various organizational levels and groups across the company. Educate and embed the 70/20/10 principles

Experience with Talent and Diversity and a global mindset
To succeed as an inclusion, Diversity & Capability Manager, we envision that you have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary. Your mindset is commercial and global – you are a broad thinker with the ability to connect the dots. Your organisational and planning skills are good and you have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and training activities.

Further to that, we hope to see that you have:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar Inclusion and Diversity, and Capability roles
  • Ideally experience within an international retail, consumer goods organisation.
  • Excellent demonstrated knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion practices, and a broad understanding and experience in learning and development, capability building solutions.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern development methods of D&I and the link to the full employee eco-system
  • Project management experience
  • Has a depth of experience in Diversity & Inclusion and Capability
