Job Description:

You will work within the Global PR & Influencer team and support on the development of Pandora’s PR & Influencer strategy & planning as well as the creation of PR & Influencer activations for upcoming campaigns. The role includes direct responsibilities for managing market communications as well as cross functional integrated planning.

Responsibilities:

• Partner and collaborate with multiple internal functions, including social, website, retail, brand communication, email and media team – as well as product and design teams – to ensure all activities are aligned

• Coordinate campaign recaps and evaluation reports, identifying and sharing key learnings, analytics, delivery against KPIs and best practice sharing across all markets

Qualifications and experience:

• 7-10+ years of industry and/or relevant work experience in the field of brand/product/lifestyle/ fashion PR and communications, including 4-5 years of experience in influencer Relations.

• Experience in marketing communications, campaign development and execution - ideally at an international level

• Academic and professional understanding of an ever-changing marketing, media & Influencer landscape• Academic and professional understanding of an ever-changing marketing, media & Influencer landscape

• Ability to collaborate and manage platforms and tools used by multiple functions, as well as the ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Broad understanding of, and passion for, the fashion/jewellery industry

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent presentation and organisational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English language

• Degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field

Personal qualifications:

• A passion for PR, communication, influencers, jewellery and fashion

• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and a strong strategic thinker

• You work independently, but are also a strong team player that is able to work across different stakeholders

• You are a proven innovator, bringing creative and innovative ideas to the table

• Great overview of projects and tasks, structured in your work approach

• You are outgoing, energetic and have a positive mind-set

• You are flexible in terms of assignments and workload when required
