Job description and areas of responsibility:
You will report to the VPHR Global Office and work in partnership with Property Management, Pandora Voices – employees and leaders’ representatives, facilities, and suppliers. Your job will be to lead the cross-functional team that will deliver the new office project, implementing and piloting new ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead the cross-functional team to design and deliver the workplace employee experience.
• Co-ordinate project and its work streams to resource, plan and manage with adequate risk mitigation.
• Liaise with external suppliers, project team and internal stakeholders to deliver the office project.
• Manage change process including impact analysis, lead & train Pandora Voices ambassadors, communication to all stakeholders including Steering Committee and anchoring plan.• Resource, plan and deliver change plan including clear communication process and assets.

• A track record of leading behavioural change projects and/or implementation of new/emerging technologies.
• Robust change management toolkit developed in multinational environment.
• Business and/or commercial acumen with special focus on workplace as a behavioural drive.
• Strong project management skillset.
• Previous experience on managing workplace projects and/or facilities management will be a plus
