To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Head of Group Integration, who can lead projects and support our new Group structure by driving cross-coordination and owning certain prioritised efforts.
You will be reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and be a part of our Growth team consisting of leaders from banking, law, finance, consulting, entrepreneurship, and scale-ups.
Key Responsibilities
As the Banking Circle Group (“Group”) expands and increases in complexity, the overall aim of this role is to build further Group coherence and mature our ability to share assets, capabilities and ways of working. As such, responsibilities include:
- Mapping the full set of potential efforts and prioritise projects
- Taking the lead on cross company efforts working together with capability centres and stakeholders across the Group
- Ensuring Group alignment on critical areas such as roadmaps, procurement, pricing
- Developing and governing a general KPI reporting framework
- Cultivating a cross Group collaboration mindset
- Fostering general idea generation and execution
Skills & Qualifications
The candidate for this position is a senior profile with demonstrated ability to successfully lead complex projects from beginning to end. Relevant experience within FinTech and/or the Payments industry would be a plus. Furthermore, we expect you to have completed a bachelor’s degree as a minimum.
You are motivated to be part of a unique growth journey and the opportunity to take on the challenge of building the financial infrastructure of the future while also supporting on setting up our new Group structure. We expect you to have a strong business acumen and an ability to navigate in an international organisation. Furthermore, we expect you to have an execution mindset with the ability to structure, solve and communicate complex problems. Finally, you have an excellent ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
As a person you are a team player that shows initiative, takes responsibility, and work independently. You understand that your success in this position will be dependent on your ability to sustainably deliver to a high standard in a fast-paced environment where projects and assignments will vary considerably in nature.
Since the Banking Circle Group is a group of international companies it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages it will be an asset.
The position will be based in either Luxembourg, London or Copenhagen.
