Got what it takes? We are currently looking for a Nordic Head of Digital (parental cover) in our Consumer Products Division in Copenhagen.
Your mission… As the Head of Digital in Consumer Products Division (CPD), you are the driving force behind the digital acceleration and transformation across the division. You have in-depth knowledge of the entire digital ecosystem, from Media to Search & E-Com Marketing levers, and how all elements fit together to comprise a full digital strategy. You also lead and upskill the full digital tribe, and act as the voice of digital opportunities and needs to stakeholders across the organization, the Consumer Products Division Leadership team, Nordic & Global CDMO teams, and Consumer Products Division Zone, and work collaboratively to drive the division forward in meeting the digital objectives.

You will… Be the digital strategy lead for the division & secure that our Consumer Products Division brands are always one step ahead in the Mass digital landscape: adapting the global strategic frame to the Nordic Consumer Products Division frame to meet the division objectives with a clear focus on E-commerce acceleration & Media optimization Be the digital tribe lead & voice across multiple stakeholders: animating and upskilling the tribe and division, while optimizing WOW and resource allocation towards the Regional Leadership Team, Marketing Teams, CDMO team & Zone teams to foster the digital acceleration of the division Develop the yearly ecommerce multi-brand event strategy for the division with the support of the Brand Teams and implement with the commercial team Own the transactional and search media for the full division Lead the implementation of new digital projects across the division with the support of our CDMO team: E-Sampling, GWP, VTO, GDPR, PIM DAM process, Visual Tools etc. Lead the relationship with the media agency & CDMO to get Consumer Products Division team on top of the media game – yearly upskilling plan plan and star campaigns management with the agency Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunities and trends to develop and implement new initiatives and possibilities for the division, identifying test & learn projects to bring growth Direct management of 1 person and lead of the full CPD digital tribe Report to the Consumer Products Division Nordic Marketing Director and member of the Nordic Regional Leadership team You are… +6 years experience in digital marketing, with a strong ambition to build digital strategies, develop organizational needs and make things happen Entrepreneurial; 50% digital with strong ecommerce focus, and 50% organizational transformation focus Proficient in analyzing performance, developing insights to consistently improve performance and building strategic frames Strong Digital competencies: Media, website optimization and traffic driving initiatives, beauty tech & data Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
