Your mission… As the Nordic Head of Advocacy in the Nordic Consumer Products Division, you are the driving force behind fostering a deeper connection between the brands of the division, the influencer communities, and ultimately our Nordic consumers. You have a strong expertise across social media advocacy, including influencer management, digital media, PR relationships & positioning, and consumer engagement opportunities across channels. You are on top of new & emerging trends in the digital landscape and will build a deep connection with our main stakeholders on Advocacy. You will report to the Consumer Products Division Marketing Director for the Nordics and lead a tribe of 12 advocacy experts across the division.
You will… Develop One Nordic Advocacy strategy for the division with a clear vision by category & by platforms in term of profiles, content creation, media boosting. This strategy needs to be built with clear KPIs, respect the brand guidelines, and secure a complementary approach Manage (direct report) the Consumer Products Division PR team, located across all Nordic countries, who will continue focusing on influencer engagement and local tribe building for each of our brands Lead (dotted line) the Consumer Products Division tribe of Social Brand Managers who will continue driving their brand advocacy agendas, working very closely with our advocacy agencies Set, monitor and elevate digital performance KPIs to all stakeholders across the division: Own influencer and advocacy measurement tools, Traackr & MIM, consolidating and tracking performance across the market and of the division Share learnings of all Advocacy initiative across the Nordics, both from Consumer Products Division and from competition, translating insights into action plans. Identify the latest trends, emerging platforms, and new Advocacy opportunities to develop test & learn projects Drive ROI improvement of our advocacy investments Be the main point of contact of our Influencer agencies and social media partners for Consumer Products Division Be the main point of contact for influencer and advocacy governance for the division to Global, and Regional HQ and the Nordic CDMO team as well as cascading and implementing Golden Rules across all campaigns, partnerships, and activations In collaboration with the Head of Digital, make sure that the Advocacy Strategy is well integrated in the Digital Strategy of the division Your profile... +8 years of experience in influencer management (paid and love), communications & digital Experience in management and leadership across teams Experience in analyzing performance, developing insights to consistently improve performance Strong expertise and track record across core focus areas and used to multi-stakeholder management Strong interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluent English, Scandinavian language is a plus We are looking for our new Head of Advocacy to start as soon as possible.
