NNIT is looking for a dynamic and professional Senior Customer Success Manager/Senior Delivery Manager. You must balance being NNIT and our Customer representative on IT infrastructure deliveries on 5-7 NNIT infrastructure customers. This includes deliveries from NNIT and from NNIT’s key infrastructure subcontractor Aeven.

May 2023 NNIT sold of our Infrastructure operations and many customer contracts to Aeven, so Aeven is now a separate company. However, NNIT has 5 to 7 customers, where NNIT still has the contract and delivery commitment, where 80–100% of deliveries are made by Aeven as subcontractor to NNIT, and these will be “your customers”.

Alongside with ensuring your customer deliveries, you will the first 3-6 months be responsible for ensuring NNIT and Aeven stakeholders refining and defining the existing NNIT and Aeven processes, tools, KPI’s etc. You will do this critical work with an experienced team from NNIT and Aeven. When successful, it lays the foundation for growing the joint NNIT-Aeven business.

Once the customer set-up is running well, you will also be part of the business development of these customers, and possibly on-boarding of new customers.

Your responsibilities

You will lead and drive deliveries across this virtual team, so your ability to manage and motivate many stakeholders across customers, NNIT and Aeven is vital. Through professionalism, close dialogue, and visibility you ensure that the customer delivery team provides high quality deliverables and good cooperation across Customer, NNIT and Aeven.

There are no direct managerial responsibilities, but in practice the job includes plenty of day-to-day management and motivation of your team leading and setting the direction and journey for the virtual organization. 

Your primary responsibilities will be to: 

  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction level and high quality of deliveries.
  • Handle relations as the customer's point of contact on an all senior & line management level across customer, NNIT and Aeven.
  • Reporting and invoicing to your customers and become skilled in NNIT ERP, invoicing etc. systems yourself, but also use Support functions and Finance.
  • Ensure improvements by customer focused services and deliveries. 
  • Ensure contract compliance and SLA performance as well as profit performance and forecasting.
  • Over time you can expect to be involved in development of client engagements, participate in bids and onboarding of new clients.

Your qualifications and experience

You have a relevant higher education and 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.

You exhibit strong leadership skills and possess an outstanding ability to manage customer relations, negotiate, build, motivate and develop people in a global and subcontractor- and partner-based organization. 

You have a good overview and understanding of IT operations, development and methods and are ITIL certified – or have worked under ITIL for several years.  

You stand your ground and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You are a team player who sees the bigger picture and can finish tasks and create results. You are assertive, persistent, have a well-developed sense of humor, and do your outmost to contribute to the great atmosphere in the office. 

As most of your customers are Danish based, but we are part of a Global organization, you communicate very well in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
