We are a company with ambitious growth targets positioned to create a once-in-a-century impact on the dental industry - right now it has perhaps never been more exciting to join us!We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to join our Recurring Revenue team and take commercial responsibility for driving our global Lab service and software business together with key stakeholders in our sales regions and HQ.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the future trajectory of 3shape by
  • Creating transparency – at a holistic and granular level – on the commercial performance of our Lab recurring revenue portfolio and use those insights to steer commercial initiatives that drive growth in the portfolio.
  • Own and drive the commercial agenda and performance with a Customer Success mindset that focuses on acquisition, retention, and growth – this will involve diligent performance analysis, contributions to product and application roadmaps, and close collaboration with colleagues across product management, IT, and commercial.
  • Establish relationships with the commercial and operational organization in our local and regional offices, and key resellers to get insights into market performance, preference, and potential improvement opportunities.
  • Work with the full recurring revenue organization to establish the fundamental principles for how we manage and sell our products commercially, including our go-to-market strategies and processes, and how we use our IT systems to enable our goals.
  • Potentially expand the team as needed to support the Lab Recurring Revenue agenda, and drive select products and projects commercially.
    • Your qualifications probably fit this bill
  • +6 years of experience with commercial product management, marketing, or related commercial roles, ideally with exposure to HQ/regional collaboration.
  • It will be a significant advantage if you can demonstrate experience with driving, launching, and managing SaaS products internationally.
  • A well-developed commercial mind set and keen eye for operational details, including the dynamics and unit economics of a recurring revenue business.
  • A natural affinity for problem solving, facilitating business decisions based on quantitative and qualitative analysis, and eventually implementing the solution – probably communicated proficiently with tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ideally you have proven impact in a matrix organization and established and ability to analyze and understand segments, needs and market opportunities.
