<p>We invite you to join the Executive Management Support team for Ramboll Denmark as our new Student Assistant, where you will be assigned to tasks and projects within clients & markets and strategy & business planning. To qualify for this role, you must have a dedicated motivation to work and perform in a top management environment within professional services.</p><p><strong>You will join our Executive Management Support team and also be part of our clients, market and sales related community and functions across the Danish organization.</strong></p><p>As our new Student Assistant in Executive Management, you will be part of our team of 8 directors, managers and employees all located at the Ramboll Head Office in Copenhagen. You will also be working together with our Account Managers, Market Directors and other managers and employees working with sales, clients and markets across the Danish organization and also our Group corporate functions within clients & markets and strategy & M&A. We imagine that you on average work approximately 10 hours a week, but it will vary depending on the tasks at hand with us, also making room for your studies and exams.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Administrative support, reporting and market studies related to clients, sales and markets.</li><li>Ad hoc assistance on strategy and business plan follow-up, reporting and status.</li><li>Update and maintain client data and structures in our global CRM system including implementation of new features and processes.</li><li>Administration and process lead in Ramboll Denmark on our Client Loyalty Survey process.</li></ul><p><strong>Your qualifications and starting point</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your professional and personal development so that you grow and learn in the role and in Ramboll. As a starting point you come with following professional qualifications:</p><ul><li>You are studying within business and/or economy and have passed your bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Insights and knowledge within market- and business economics.</li><li>You have experience with business intelligence, data analysis and data stewardship.</li><li>Experienced in working with MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint) and preferably also with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft PowerBI and Deltek/Maconomy ERP.</li><li>Professional English communication skills both verbally and written.</li></ul><p>Personal qualifications that will enable you to succeed and perform is that you can work independently, being open minded and seeking collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues and stakeholders from top management and down to all other levels in the organization. You must be well structured and systematically with a sense for the important details, while at the same being able to manage a diverse portfolio of tasks. You possess a strong motivation for working in a top management environment in a global driven private company within professional services.</p><p><strong>About the Executive Management team in Ramboll Denmark</strong></p><p>The Executive Management represents the top management in Ramboll Denmark and is headed by the Managing Director for Ramboll Denmark, who is also part of Ramboll Group leadership team.</p><p>To support the executive management and the country leadership team in Denmark we are a team of highly experienced Directors and Senior Managers supporting within strategy & business planning, clients, sales & markets, finance, communications, compliance, knowledge & innovation, sustainability and HR.</p><p><strong>Ramboll in Denmark</strong></p><p>Ramboll is a leading engineering, architecture and consultancy group founded in Denmark in 1945.
