BMS Heavy Cranes A/S is working with projects all over Europe, Russia, USA, Australia, Vietnam and Taiwan. We are offering an independent position in a young, dynamic, and international organization.

Your responsibilities

You would become part of our Global Sales and Planning department. When new projects are secured, you will help us make sure to have equipment available for the projects, and make sure a cost/time efficient shipping solution is prepared for our project teams.

Tasks:

  • Prepare inquiries for shipping of cranes and supporting equipment (sea freight, road freight)
  • Support project department with negotiation of shipping solutions.
  • Keep track of customs and import requirements and paperwork.
  • Keep overview of agreements with key suppliers.
  • Assist with planning of cranes and support equipment.

Education and experience

You have:

  • Shipping experience (sea freight)
  • Proficient language skills. (English as a minimum)
  • Procurement and negotiations skills.
  • Proficient IT skills and experience with Microsoft packages.
  • Relevant educational background

This position will be located at our Head Office in Nørresundby, Denmark.
