Do you want to be a part of an extraordinarily complex and exciting building project? We are currently looking for an experienced and initiative-taking Process Engineer. This is a position for an open-minded generalist capable of simultaneously managing and developing processes related to multiple and quite different areas.

About us:

FLC is the Joint Venture in charge of the design and construction of the longest immersed tunnel in the world at 18 kilometers. It is a complex project consisting of the Tunnel North Contract & Tunnel South Contract (TUN) and the Tunnel Portal and Ramps Contract (TPR).

The project offers a varied everyday life in a multicultural, fast-growing organization, where personal, social, and working development are encouraged.

Key tasks:

As Process Coordinator you will support the SAC (Site Access Control) & Process Management department on:

  • Control, administration, and support of the SAC web-based System, both for Site Access Control and Project support.
  • Create, update, and review FLC documentation and templates according to FLC standards.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and welcoming processes of companies and employees.
  • Coordinate the correct implementation of processes in the SAC System, including SAC administrators’ tasks.
  • Check and update databases, mailing lists, and organization of information, while maintaining consistency among platforms, databases, lists, and all FLC departments.
  • Document real-time MoM.
  • Assist in the use and support of different programs (Access Control, Outlook, Teams, ThinkProject!, MS Office, Demat, etc). FLC oversees dozens of applications and platforms.
  • Assist with phone calls, travels, and general administrative duties.

Required:

  • Danish resident. Must have professional working experience in Denmark.
  • Strong writing skills in UK English. Responsible for all documentation, including creation, updating, and checking spelling and grammar of all written communication.
  • IT proficiency and fast learning of new systems. Responsible for System control and compliance with written documentation.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in management or coordination of employees’ tasks.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, engineering projects, process engineering or big corporations.
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills. Problem-solving and initiative is highly valued.
  • Driver’s license.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or master’s degree on related topic.
  • Proficiency on all project languages, especially German and Danish.
  • Knowledge of software development and system configurations.
  • Local resident.
  • Own mobility (car).

The SAC and Process Management Team constantly develops, maintain and upgrade processes with good team spirit, for both newcomers and senior staff. At the same time, we do extra efforts to build out team and support each other from the beginning.

Conditions of employment:

  • The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven) applies, pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement are available.
  • Starting date: As soon as possible.
  • Workplace: Lolland (Rødbyhavn) with travel activities to Fehmarn and Copenhagen. Although most are office tasks, part of the job requires site tasks in all weather conditions.
