Do you want to be a part of an extraordinarily complex and exciting building project? We are currently looking for an initiative-taking engineer or electrician to manage our Access Points and perform weekly site inspections and general support in Lolland (Rødbyhavn).

FLC is the Joint Venture in charge of the design and construction of the longest immersed tunnel in the world at 18 kilometers. It’s a complex project consisting of the Tunnel North Contract & Tunnel South Contract (TUN) and the Tunnel Portal and Ramps Contract (TPR).
The project offers a varied everyday life in a multicultural, fast-growing organization, where personal, social, and working development is encouraged.

Our staff is expected to set themselves targets, achieve them independently, and take responsibility for their actions – irrespective of their position in the company.
The SAC and Process Management Team constantly develops, maintains and upgrade processes with good team spirit, for both newcomers and senior staff. At the same time, we do extra efforts to build out team and support each other from the beginning.

Key tasks:
You will support the SAC (Site Access Control) & Process Management department on:
- Inspection and control of Access Points (boom barriers, turnstiles, sliding gates, etc.) status, both through the System and on-site.
- Support and/or Coordination of FLC electrical and mechanical teams during reparations.
- Coordination of maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims when needed.
- Daily Support by shared email and phone Monday-Thursday 8:00 to 16:00 and Friday 8:00-14:00. There is no working schedule and working hours can vary from week to week so they must be coordinated within the team to not affect the support hours. On-call hours may be required.
- Support the SAC Administrators and cover them for holidays when needed (first point of contact for daily operation of the SAC web-based System: creation and approval of different data, requesting missing information, misuses, deliveries, coordination with Security, GDPR checks, data processing, etc.).
- Daily reports.
- Updates of FLC procedures and documentation when needed.
Required:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, engineering projects, or big corporations.
- IT Proficiency in MS package, especially Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in UK English and system support.
- Problem-solving and initiative is highly valued.
Preferred:
- Qualified electrician with experience with RFID components, networks and/or electronic door locks OR engineer with enough knowledge to coordinate qualified electricians, mechanics and external IT supporters.
- Proficiency on all project languages and knowledge of work-cultures, especially Danish and German.
- Skills for writing documentation, tasks organisation, perform consistency checks and/or configure IT systems.
- Knowledge of process engineering.
- Local resident.
- Own mobility (car).

Conditions of employment:
- The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven) applies, pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement are available for full time positions. Part-time could also be an option for the right candidate.
- Starting date: As soon as possible.
- Workplace: Lolland with travel activities to Fehmarn. Variable working hours divided into office tasks and site tasks.
