Therefore, we are looking for a Head of Product Portfolio Management for our fast growing water business, who can support this increased demand.
In the position as Head of Product Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for a team of five competent and dedicated Commercial Product Managers. The team is responsible for the commercialization of a portfolio within intelligent solutions for managing water consumption in utilities on a global scale. In addition, the team is in charge of executing our product roadmaps as well as assisting with business development worldwide.

As our new Head of Product Portfolio Management, you will play a key role in crafting an overview of the portfolio investments and implementing a value-based-prioritization mentality and approach in the organization. You will have an exciting role in developing and professionalizing our methods, processes and tools within portfolio and commercial product management. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our existing product portfolio, thus ensuring its competitiveness and success in the market.
More specifically, your tasks will be to:
In the job you should expect approx. 30 travel days a year in connection to visiting sales offices in our focus countries as well as customer visits in connection with strategically important projects.

As a person you possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relations internally as well as externally. You consider yourself as being a self-starter with a strong drive and you have the ability to move and change things. It comes naturally to you to quickly understand the core of a problem and focus on the most important aspects. In addition, you work with a structured mindset and with a good sense of details while maintaining a clear understanding of the overall portfolio.
You have a relevant commercial/engineering background at minimum bachelor level. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have:
Additionally, we would like you to have experience with pricing, leading cost out programs, analyzing and reporting on product portfolio performance and stakeholder management in a complex matrix organization.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in Danish and English, both written and oral.

- Deliver product line roadmaps
- Manage the water product portfolio
- Execute product and project roadmaps
- Assist with inputs for business review
- Prepare and participate in product committee meetings
- Participate in steering group meetings and gate keeping
- Develop commercial products

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a people leader, managing Product Managers, Pricing Managers, Business Development Managers or a similar
- Minimum 8 years of experience with product management, marketing, commercial management
- Documented experience in portfolio management, multi-platform portfolios and complex technical solutions
Additionally, we would like you to have experience with pricing, leading cost out programs, analyzing and reporting on product portfolio performance and stakeholder management in a complex matrix organization.
