Do you want to lead one of the most important elements in one of the world’s most famous loudspeaker manufacturers?
Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for 2 Team Leaders to work at our production facilities at our HQ in Skanderborg.
About the job
You will be given the central role of managing and leading a team of production employees. You will become the primary person responsible for SQDCM and KPI performance for your team in close collaboration with production management.
We are looking for a team leader for our Driver production, and a team leader for our Consumer production. If you want to apply for only one of these positions, please state it in your application.

Our production setup is split into two business units: Production Driver and Production Consumer. Production Driver is responsible for producing the drivers that are used in our speakers and the speakers for our automotive clients. Production Consumer is responsible for production of cabinets for our speakers and assembly of our speakers.
Our production employees are highly valued and appreciated and we enjoy a high seniority and level of expertise in our workforce.
About you
It should come naturally to you to take charge and lead people. You enjoy creating a sense of fellowship and commitment across your team with the clear goal of delivering the expected daily results.
Since we manufacture high-end & quality products with low volume you need to able to reorganize production setups and employees frequently. You understand shop floor management and thrive in a production environment where employees make mistakes, equipment breaks, rush orders slip in, and jobs ship late. On top of that, there is the constant demand to reduce costs and increase quality. It’s a real challenge and your keen on that!
Your professional background is not really important to us as long as the above sounds interesting to you. Other elements we would consider an advantage is:
English is our company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too.

Today, Dynaudio exports to 80 countries around the world and has received awards everywhere for the products. Dynaudio today has approx. 300 employees. Development and production take place in Skanderborg, where Dynaudio, in collaboration with VW and other highly regarded car manufacturers, also develops sound systems. About the job
You will be given the central role of managing and leading a team of production employees. You will become the primary person responsible for SQDCM and KPI performance for your team in close collaboration with production management.

- Daily task management and resource planning.
- People management of 15-50 production employees.
- Continuously focus on initiatives that improve quality as well as efficiency and reduces cost.
- Ensure continuous training and development of the workforce.
- Ensure high employee satisfaction by use of daily dialogue, focus on presence in the department, focus on general well-being of each employee and a general proactive approach to well-being and satisfaction.
- Occasionally support evening shift if needed.

- 3-5 years of experience in a production environment (preferably from high quality controlled environments - medicinal-, food- or other similarly regulated industry).
- Courses in leadership/management.
- User lever experience with ERP systems preferably Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Courses in conflict handling.
