With direct reference to our Head of Global Service & Operations, you will become part of our Service & Operations management team, where we strive to exceed customer expectations in our service and operations deliveries. You will lead the Service Hosting department, which is responsible for the hosting, deployment, and operation of Kamstrup’s software solutions for customers worldwide. We operate these solutions in hybrid cloud environments around world.
You will lead a growing team consisting of 15-20 IT Specialists, Architects, and DevOps Specialists currently located in Denmark and in the US. In the future your team will expand to cover additional geographies ensuring a 24/7 “follow the sun” set-up.

As our new Head of Global Service Hosting, you will play a central role in ensuring high customer satisfaction in our support and operation deliveries. Being ISO27001 and ISAE3000 certified, we are already holding a strong position, but we seek your leadership to take us even further. We expect you to drive consolidation of platforms, automation, adoption of new technology and much more.

You possess strong communicative skills and the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization. It comes naturally for you to create overview, and you act as a problem solver by providing solutions for different stakeholders while searching for potential ways to improve the processes in place. Furthermore, you are result-oriented, have a strong drive and are passionate about taking initiative.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English. Danish will be an asset.

- Secure operational excellence in our hosting services
- Strengthen and develop our global organization and team across multiple time zones
- Secure tight cooperation between your team and the software development teams
- Take part in governance activities surrounding Kamstrup’s software and technology platforms
- Secure strong working relationships with relevant external partners
- Improve the productivity, quality and efficiency in our service hosting deliveries
- Secure that your team stays on top of new technologies, so they can be introduced when relevant
Personality matters

- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a global setting
- Strong experience with IT operations as well as the experience to ensure the right structure, tools, processes and competences to deliver IT hosting and operations globally
- Experience with cloud operations - experience with Azure and Kubernetes will be an asset
