European Energy is a Danish privately owned company in rapid growth. We cover all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation and/or divestment of assets. Our company of 300+ employees have since 2004 installed more than 2.0 GW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 24 different nationalities at our HQ in Copenhagen and our offices in Sweden, Bulgaria, the UK, Poland, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, and Spain. The Role
You will be part of our Asset Management Team, which is taking the leading role in the commercial and technical management of our renewable energy projects right from the commencement of commercial operation.
As Head of Commercial Asset Management you will lead a team of 6-7 colleagues and 1 team lead.
The team´s primary role is to manage solar and wind assets on behalf of the owners. Our sister team, Technical Asset Management, manages the plants, where the commercial team manages the operating company. This includes optimization of contracts, compliance with authorities, financial management, reporting and ongoing dialogue with the customer.

Areas of responsibility
- Lead and motivate the commercial asset management team
- Managing all commercial aspects of our Asset Management service business
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Accountable for the P&L of Asset Management and business development of new opportunities
- Drive improvement projects within your area
Professional skills we expect from you
- You have completed a master at university level or equivalent within Finance, and you have a strong, practical experience within Finance
- Experience from a similar role
- Full professional proficiency in English, Danish/German is an advantage
- Relevant experience from the wind/solar/energy industry

- Be ready to lead the team, but also be hands-on
