Hansen Technologies is a global software company that delivers leading billing and customer care solutions to the utilities, pay TV and telecommunication industries. We are a growing company with 31 offices and more than 1100 employees around the globe delivering billing solutions to over 500 customers in more than 80 countries.

We are looking for an independent and results-oriented Financial Business Partner with a focus on driving productivity, process improvements and financial projects. The role will directly report to the CFO of the EMEA region and will interact with all our main locations, including offices in UK, Denmark, Germany, Norway and Finland. The role will be based in our DK office in Sønderborg, where about 2/3 of the EMEA Finance Team are located. You will be the right hand to the CFO and will act as the deputy for the CFO.

The preferred candidate will have an eye for process improvements, be comfortable to interact and influence across functions and hierarchical levels and embraces and drives change in fast growing environments.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams

  • Develop and implement KPIs and review cycles with all managers in the region to drive and improve productivity and profitability

  • Initiate, coordinate and monitor corresponding actions and changes

  • Support management to build business cases, evaluate different scenarios and develop business strategies

  • Support change within the finance team and constantly improve finance tools and processes

  • Evaluate, plan and execute insourcing/outsourcing projects.

  • Act as project manager for any finance driven projects such as re-shaping of our legal entity structure or implementing a new accounting system

  • Support the region with commercial pricing decisions and vendor contract negotiations

    Skills & Experience:

  • 8 years’ experience in finance functions, preferably with experience within an international company within cross-functional and multi-national teams.

  • Experience in building business cases and scenario calculations.

  • Experience in developing and implementing KPIs and scorecards.

  • Ability to concentrate on the big picture, prioritize work, simplify and manage challenging tasks in complex environments.

  • Ability to work with multiple systems (such as Navision, AX, Board) and excellent Excel skills.

  • Relationship building competence.

  • Ability to communicate and influence on all levels of the organization.

  • Comfortable proposing, justifying, initiating and implementing change.
