Hudson Nordic is looking for a Head of Business Controlling on behalf of Lantmännen Schulstad. As Head of Business Controlling, you will drive and develop the Business Controlling team. You will be an important partner for the management team and steer Lantmännen Schulstad towards obtaining a more in-depth insight into the dynamics as a FMCG business.
You will be a part of the Lantmännen culture of openness, drive and holistic view. In Lantmännen Schulstad they share insights and work together across the organisation to reach a common goal.
As Head of Business Controlling, you will be joining a team of 4 highly skilled and dedicated colleagues and you will report to the Finance & IT Director. The role is placed at Lantmännen Schulstads HQ in Avedøre.
You will focus on advising the management team and be responsible for group reporting to Lantmännen Unibake. Business Controlling work with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Power BI, where you will be expected to play a central role in optimal utilization and use of the systems. Aligned with the company’s values, you will be responsible for your teams’ performance and develop the team to deliver analysis and reporting at the highest level.
Perhaps you come from a similar position as Head of Controlling or as Senior Business Controller, preferably in a production company within FMCG. You have a degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar. Furthermore, you have well-developed analytical skills and a strong interest in Excel, ERP-systems, and data warehouse tools. We image that you have a few years of experience in a leadership position and see this role as a natural next step in your career. Besides Danish, you communicate effortlessly in written and spoken English.

Primary responsibilities and tasks
You will focus on advising the management team and be responsible for group reporting to Lantmännen Unibake. Business Controlling work with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Power BI, where you will be expected to play a central role in optimal utilization and use of the systems. Aligned with the company’s values, you will be responsible for your teams’ performance and develop the team to deliver analysis and reporting at the highest level.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of Financials for local management and parent company
- Develop and challenge important economic indicators, in close corporation with the entire business
- Facilitate and support rolling forecast and budget procedures
- Lead reporting and controlling processes and initiate continuous optimization
- Develop and maintain financial processes ensuring full cost transparency
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business development
Ambitious Business Controller with leadership aspirations
