Over the next 15 years, we will embark on an exciting journey to transform from a traditional urban railway system into fully automated transportation. From a safety perspective, it is crucial that existing safety levels are maintained during and after this transformation
Welcome to the Safety Team We are looking forward to welcoming you to the safety team. We create the foundation for safety approval of an entire fully automated railway system.
We are a diverse group of eight safety professionals enjoying the once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of something big! Besides your colleagues in the team, you will have the possibility of sparring with 20 other safety specialists working in other departments at DSB.

In the Future S-network program, you will join around 200 colleagues who are enthusiastic about creating the future of public transportation in Greater Copenhagen.
Your tasks Your role will be crucial in navigating and ensuring coherence between different stages of safety assessment and evaluation. You will maintain essential structure and quality in documentation to secure safety approvals for the Future S-network.
Your primary task will be to manage safety requirements alongside the program's safety team. This includes structuring coherent and comprehensive safety documentation essential for implementing the Future S-network.
You will have an important role in maintaining coherence and structure within the program’s hazard log, bridging links between safety analysis and hazard identification as well as documentation to fulfill safety requirements that eventually feed into the safety approval process.

Your tasks also include
- Provide expert knowledge to ensure that safety requirements are specific, understandable, realistic and address identified hazards.
- Support the safety team as the superuser for DOORS Next Generation, which is the requirement management tool of the program.
- Contribute to writing comprehensive safety documentation.
- Analyze compliance between the requirements at various levels and ensure traceability as well as change management.
- Ensure that deliveries from the safety team adhere to plans agreed across the program requirement management.
Who are you? We are looking for you who
- Have experience in managing hazard logs or other structured requirements management, including establishing and maintaining traceability.
- Are interested and curious about the interconnection between all parts of the Future S-network, compromising people, technology, legislation, and processes.
- Are good in spoken and written English.
- Have experience in managing and maintaining complex connections within requirements hierarchies at different system levels.
