Siemens Gamesa is looking for a new Head of Site Training for our Offshore Site Training department. You will be leading a strong department located in Denmark, Germany and United Kingdom. The department is committed to deliver value adding skill and competence development of our offshore workforce, and you will be building on a very strong foundation securing a continued high-quality delivery.How to contribute to our vision
As our new Head of Offshore Site Training you and the department will be globally responsible for and owner of our Project Wind Technician Competency framework.
You will be developing and delivering technical and people skill training supporting the continued development of our workforce as well as budgeting, planning and following up on training for our technicians.
Additionally, to the above, you will be responsible for creating and driving the future roadmap for our digitalization of onsite training activities focusing on more safe and efficient competence development of our site personnel on a global scale.
